Well, we’ve got to start somewhere

£25.21 from the various pots I use for random small change I find around the house.

£26 from the £2 coin pig that sits on the kitchen windowsill.

£10 from a winning lottery ticket I found in my purse.

We are £61.21 closer to our goal (better open a joint savings account to put it in)

Only £49,938.79 to go … woo hoo, we’re on our way.

Good work – love it! It’s like that old saying – “Look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves”. Maybe it should be updated to say “Look after the pounds and the notes will come raining down”! Really wishing we’d lived a bit more like that…….good luck!
